Just to let you know, Glide 2.1.1 can be found in "ftp://ftp.3dfx.com/pub/glide211/". I believe this is the version of Glide that is required for older games such as Pandemonium.
I am checking out the docs now to see what the differences are... I think they aren't very big though. A few calls are different because the old Glide didn't support Rush yet. Also I think it builds GLIDE.DLL instead of GLIDE2X.DLL.
